The data controller for personal information collected on yohak.ph is Yohak-Bespoke Booking Services, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry of the Philippines (DTI Business Name Registration No. 8051774, MIMAROPA Region, valid 21 March 2026 – 21 March 2031), owned and operated by Jovet Cabunalda Rosento, trading as “Yohak El Nido” with principal place of business at Villa Centro, Brgy. Villa Libertad, El Nido, Palawan, Philippines.

2. Information We Collect

When you book a charter or contact us, we collect:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • WhatsApp / mobile number

  • Hotel or pickup location (optional)

  • Dietary restrictions (optional)

  • Guest manifest details: names, ages, nationalities (optional)

  • Booking and transaction history

We do not collect:

  • Passport numbers or government-issued identification

  • Payment card numbers (these are processed directly by PayPal — we never see or store them)

  • Login credentials of any kind

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

  • Confirm and operate your charter

  • Coordinate logistics on the day of your trip

  • Process payment via PayPal

  • Comply with Philippine tax and maritime law

  • Respond to inquiries you send us

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketing agencies.

We use first-party cookies for cart and session management. We use third-party cookies from the services listed above for analytics and advertising. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you also have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, and the right to object to processing for direct marketing. 8. Data Retention

We retain booking records for seven (7) years to comply with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Philippine maritime law requirements. After that period, your records are securely deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier erasure at any time by emailing dpo@yohak.ph; we will honor the request unless retention is legally required.

9. Photographic and Media Discretion

Your journey is yours alone. Our crew operates with strict photographic discretion. We will never capture, share, or publish images of you, your guests, or your vessel on social media or in marketing materials without your explicit, written authorization.

10. Security

Yohak uses HTTPS site-wide (TLS 1.2+), enforces two-factor authentication on all administrative accounts, runs daily malware scans, and maintains daily encrypted backups. We will never request passwords, payment credentials, or one-time codes by email, WhatsApp, or phone.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on our homepage and emailed to active customers.
