Refund and Returns Policy
1. The Yohak Commitment
At Yohak Bespoke Tours, we engineer frictionless, premium maritime journeys. Because our private charters require securing a dedicated vessel, premium crew, and high-end provisions well in advance, our refund protocols are strict but transparent.
2. Standard Cancellation & Refund Windows
- 14 Days or More: If you cancel your journey 14 days or more prior to your scheduled departure, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative friction fee to cover irreversible transaction and preparation costs.
- 7 to 13 Days: Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days of departure are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Under 7 Days: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure are strictly non-refundable.
3. Weather & Maritime Safety
The ocean dictates our rhythm. If Yohak or the Philippine Coast Guard cancels your charter prior to departure due to severe weather, typhoons, or unsafe maritime conditions, you will be offered:
- A fully rescheduled journey at no additional cost, OR
- A 100% full refund.
4. Processing Times
Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end. However, depending on your banking institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the capital to reflect in your account. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
